I was advised that our team came tops in the Ward 8 league after beating Mutsago ward in the finals and having won all the other preliminary matches ( playing against Mutsago ward, Mukwada ward, Takarwa ward, Chindunduma ward )
The team will now progress to the next stage of the competitions where it will face other teams that have won their local zonal league titles.
The report which I received ends with the statemement : " Vakomana vakatamba chaizvo asi zvakanga zvakaoma nekuti vaitamba ne amwe maTeam aive nemabhutsu. Asi tinitenda kuti takabudirira kukunda vaive nemabhutsu."
All, the team is very motivated and willing to work to earn the money to buy soccer boots. Let me know if there is any work the team can be considered for

Soccer team has been very active with mixed fortunes. They are appealing for the following :
1) Balls for practice and for matches
2) Uniforms
3) Boots
Many thanx to a local business man who has offered the team transport to all their away games - I will be introduced to the gentleman on my next visit.
